GREAT GREAT NEWS! TAX CREDIT EXTENDED!

AS OF YESTERDAY, 11-4-09, THE SENATE PASSED THE EXTENSION ON THE HOMEBUYERS TAX CREDIT UNTIL APRIL 2010!  THE HOUSE IS EXPECTED TO APPROVE THIS LEGISLATION ON FRIDAY.  THIS BILL WOULD ALSO INCLUDE EXISTING HOMEBUYERS UP TO A CERTAIN INCOME.  WHAT A GREAT TIME TO BUY A HOME, SCALE DOWN, MOVE UP OR EVEN BUY THOSE INVESTMENT PROPERTIES!
